Featured Plant
Chinese Pistache Pistacia chinensis This medium sized tree is a great urban tree for the fall. It grows about 30 to 35 feet tall and has a nice rounded shape. It does not have particularly showy flowers, but the excellent orange-red fall color makes it a valued tree in the fall. Because of its modest size and drought tolerance, this is a good tree for uban settings where small spaces, overhead power lines and poor soil conditions may limit tree selection.
